About Our Women’s Boxing & Self-Defense Program
At Headbangers Kickboxing Academy, our Women’s Boxing & Self-Defense Class is designed to empower women through strength, confidence, and practical skill development. This program blends the fundamentals of boxing with real-world self-defense concepts, creating a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for women of all fitness and experience levels.
Our classes focus on proper boxing technique—including footwork, punches, defense, and conditioning—while also teaching situational awareness, boundary setting, and effective self-defense strategies. You’ll learn how to move with confidence, protect yourself, and respond decisively if faced with real-life threats.
